Return and Refund policy

1. Returns
Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery date.
Non-returnable items:
The following items cannot be returned:
Opened or used beauty products
Items not in original condition
Items are lost or damaged for reasons not due to our fault
Gift cards
Return process:
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service at support@talqi-om.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on where to send your return.
You are responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Inspection and approval:
Upon receipt of your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return standards.
If the return is approved, we will process the refund or exchange according to your request.
2. Refunds
Eligibility:
Refunds are available for eligible items returned within 14 days of delivery in their original condition.
Refund process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or denied.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

3. Replacements
Eligibility:
We only replace products if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange it for the same product, please email us at support@talqi-om.com with details of the defect or damage.
4. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver forwarded the order to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will know about your return.
5. Return shipping
To return your product, please mail it to the address provided by our customer service team.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
